Hi! I am Megan, owner and head baker at Sweet Yums Cakes!

I am a self taught baker living in the suburbs of Philadelphia. I have always loved baking, but my passion for creating one of a kind cakes started a few years ago when I was working as a teacher. Once I had kids, I just didn't have the time to devote to it. When both of my kids reached school age, I started baking cakes again. And, the rest, as they say, is history! I truly love being a part of someone's celebration. Cakes, simply put, make people happy! I love playing a part in that!
